This looks to be a cardboard insert that went in the back of a Teddy Ruxpin or Grubby. That said I was unable to find a single example of it online. I'm thinking someone who wants their Teddy Ruxpin as close to possible to how he was in the box will want this. There is a tear in one corner of the card. Print on card tells you how to properly insert tape, and to remove it before trying to play the tape. Super hard to find piece. Cassette tape NOT INCLILUDED, just used as prop to show scale.
