Me to You "Always There For You" Figurine - Rare Retired Tatty Teddy Snowman

Titled "Always There For You", the piece depicts a larger bear in a blue sweater and a smaller bear in a pink hat playfully interacting with a snowman. May have slight mark on hat but can’t work out if that should be there or not - see pictures.
