Anniversary Ragsy is a super cute Charlie bear from the 2021 Collection, created to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Charlie bears on QVC. Ragsy is 13 inches (33cm), fully jointed and made from a gorgeous patchwork of soft plush. The plush is multicoloured including purples, browns and cream. Ragsy wears a lilac organza bow, a heart necklace and his tag, all of which are in perfect condition. The bear is also in an excellent condition and from a smoke and pet free home.
