This is a Pikachu Build A Bear plush toy wearing a blue hooded top, If you press his paw he makes Pikachu noises. Size is about 18" from the top of his ears to the bottom of his feet. Condition wise is good but there's a slight stain on the hoody. The battery has been replaced and been stitched back up.
