This item is for a rare build a bear dolphin soft toy puppet. You can put your hand in the back of his head and make the mouth move. He has been played with but now just sat on a shelf. There’s a small bit of odd stitching on the side of his head ( see last photo)and the stitching on the back of the toy is a little loose.
