Cecil is a charming bear. outfit included. I think he's a German Hermann bear. he has some fur thinning and I think his paw pads must have been replaced because they're in very good condition. he is jointed, the joints are a bit wobbly but secure. he's approx 17 inches tall when standing. Hes better sitting down as his legs are a bit wonky if you try to stand him up. he's not doing bad for an old bear and he's got so much character. I hope to find him a lovely new home.
